CULLAB Terms of Service (Listener Edition)

1. Welcome to CULLAB

By creating an account or using the CULLAB app (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

2. Who Can Use CULLAB

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country’s laws). If you’re under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account. Please keep your login private. Only one person should use each account. If we detect suspicious activity or shared use, your access may be limited or revoked.

4. Using the App

CULLAB is designed for discovering and supporting music from independent artists. You may:

- Listen to tracks for personal use
- Follow your favorite artists
- Like and save music
- Share content through social features

You may not:

- Reupload, redistribute, or download music illegally
- Use bots or automation to fake streams or interactions
- Harass or impersonate other users
- Upload any content (as a listener)

5. Subscription Plans

CULLAB may offer different listener tiers (free, standard, premium). Premium tiers may include perks like ad-free listening, downloads, or exclusive content. Subscription payments are processed through the App Store and renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for violating these terms, abusing the platform, or misusing features.

7. Changes to the App

We may add or remove features, change how things work, or update our terms. We’ll try to notify users when there are major changes, but we may update at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

CULLAB is provided "as is." We do our best to make the experience smooth, but we can’t guarantee uptime, error-free access, or uninterrupted service.
